The Ohio Elite is based upon a shared philosophy amongst players, coaches, and parents. The 14U Ohio Elite will consist of players from all over the state of Ohio with the purpose of competing on a national stage, while developing skills for high school and college play. More importantly we will guide the boys in their maturity and life long learning through the game of baseball.
“There is no sense in doing something if you are not going to do it to the best of your ability. The world is full of people who settle for average.”-Coach Harris

The Ohio Elite 14u opened up the season in Cincinnati at the Global Sports World Series Qualifier at the Flash Complex in Hammersville Ohio. The players got off to a great start going 4-1 and losing to the Flames in the championship. Missing three freshman didnt slow down the offense as they averaged 7 runs a game versus yielding 3. Next up is the Coaches against Multiple Myloma Cancer tournament.
The 14u participated in an event with the express goal of raising money to fight cancer. All proceeds from the Coaches Against Multiple Myloma tournament go to the James Cancer Research Center at the Ohio State University Hospital. The boys and their families were honored to participate in such a worthy cause. No tournament has had more meaning to everyone and their families as this one. Everyone has been touched by the Beast known as Cancer and if there is any way the Ohio Elite can fight to find a cure then that is worth a weekend playing the game we love. The Elite went 4-1
